Welcome to Zastagap. These Terms explain how you may use https://zastagap.com/ (the “Website”), what to expect from Zastagap’s craft, and what Zastagap expects from you. By using the Website or purchasing furniture, you agree to these Terms and to Zastagap’s Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (each incorporated by reference, all amounts shown/refunded in USD). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.
Use the Website lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt services, reverse-engineer, scrape, upload malware, harvest data, or attempt unauthorized access. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order.

Zastagap sells solid-wood furniture only. Photos, precise dimensions, materials, finishes, and prices are presented carefully, yet small differences can occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products:
Natural Variation: Solid wood and veneers show unique grain patterns, knots, and natural color shift over time; handmade tolerances for dimensions may vary slightly (typically within 0.5 inches).
Display Differences: Screens can render wood and finish colors differently. We recommend requesting physical finish samples if color matching is critical.
Room Scenes: Only items explicitly listed on the product page are included in the purchase (e.g., accessories or staging items are excluded).
Care Matters: Follow assembly/care guides; protect wood from direct sun, harsh cleaners, humidity swings, and standing water; respect weight limits; use pads/coasters.
Prices, stock, and features may change at any time. All prices, charges, and refunds are in USD. If a material error is discovered (price, availability, description), Zastagap may correct it and cancel/refund any affected order; if Zastagap cancels, you receive a full refund in USD.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Zastagap accepts when an order confirmation is sent and production or shipping begins. Zastagap may decline/cancel any order (e.g., unavailable material, error, suspected fraud/misuse) and may request verification (address checks, bank authorization).
Payment: Use methods shown at checkout. Zastagap does not store full card numbers. You agree to pay all amounts disclosed at checkout in USD.
International Charges: Any treatment of duties/VAT/GST and brokerage follows the Shipping Policy for your country; amounts due (if any) are disclosed at checkout in USD.
Currency: Transactions/refunds are processed in USD; your bank/PayPal controls FX rates/fees.
Title & Risk: Title passes after full payment. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery by the carrier to your address (or collection by you/your agent).
Cancellations: See the Cancellation Policy. Requests may be possible before shipment or before production on made-to-order items; after shipment or once wood is cut and production begins, cancellation may not be available. For international shipments, cancellation may be unavailable after customs clearance.
Review the Shipping Policy for full terms. Larger furniture often ships by Freight/LTL (Less-Than-Truckload). The carrier may schedule a window and may require a signature. Standard service and any available upgrades (e.g., room-of-choice/white-glove) are defined in the Shipping Policy. Stairs, elevators, missed appointments, or address changes can lead to carrier fees as described there.
On arrival, inspect packages carefully for damage before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the paperwork, take photos, and contact Zastagap promptly. Keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed.
See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, steps, and timelines (USD). Made-to-order/custom items may be non-returnable except for defects or shipping damage. Start a return by contacting Zastagap first; items should be like-new and, when possible, in original packaging. Photos may be requested to speed solutions (repair, parts, exchange, or refund). Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD; posting time is set by your bank/PayPal. Where mandatory local rights (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights for eligible non-custom goods) apply, they will be honored.
All Website content (text, images, furniture designs, graphics, logos, videos, layouts, software) belongs to Zastagap or partners and is protected by law. Do not copy or reuse without written permission.
If you submit reviews/photos/content, you grant Zastagap a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, adapt for clarity, and share that content on the store, emails, ads, and social media (credit where practical). Do not post content you do not own or that is illegal, abusive, or invades privacy. Zastagap may remove content that violates these rules. For copyright concerns (e.g., DMCA), contact Zastagap.
Many items include a limited residential warranty against defects in materials/workmanship (see product page or paperwork). The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Expected solid wood movement (minor checking or cracking).
Color change from light/age.
Improper assembly, misuse, commercial use, or damage from moisture/heat/pets/harsh cleaners.
Safety first: Install anti-tip devices on tall pieces; do not allow climbing; use proper wall anchors; follow assembly guides; hire a professional if unsure. Except for express warranties provided, and as allowed by law, Zastagap disclaims implied warranties (merchantability/fitness for a particular purpose). Statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited remain in force.
To the fullest extent permitted, Zastagap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use or profits) not caused by Zastagap. For any claim, Zastagap’s total liability will not exceed the USD amount you paid for the specific furniture item involved.
Force Majeure: Zastagap is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier delays, strikes, material shortages, government actions, etc.). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed as follows, with non-exclusive venue in your country of residence where mandatory consumer laws require:
United States: laws of the State of CO.
United Kingdom & European Union (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): your national laws and applicable EU/UK consumer rules.
Canada: federal and applicable provincial laws.
Australia: laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder still applies. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement for Website use and furniture purchases.
Zastagap may update these Terms to reflect product, service, or legal changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
